- Deliveries should be refused if there is considerable visible damage to the boxes upon receipt.
- When damage occurs in transit, that is not visible upon receipt, we will evaluate the extent of the damage (see Shipping Damage Claim) to determine if it falls within the parameters to initiate a claim with FedEx.
- FedEx will discard product that is badly damaged, ECOS will initiate a replacement to you and file a claim with FedEx.
- Paint leakage does not qualify as damaged product.
- ECOS packaging is specified and tested by FedEx to adhere to FedEx shipping guidelines of transporting Paint.
- If damage is found after delivery, please let us know by submitting a Shipping Damage Claim here.
